Juvederm Voluma is a hyaluronic acid preparation designed to fill the missing volume of the dermis. The tool is recommended to be used in case of loss of volume and clarity of the oval of the face, as well as in case of asymmetry of various origins.

The resulting effect of injections persists for up to 1.5 years (depending on individual characteristics, metabolism, taking certain drugs). The filler is completely hypoallergenic, does not cause side effects, after a while it is completely removed from the tissues in a natural way.

The manufacturer of the product is the well-known French company Allergan, which developed it specifically for correcting facial volumes.

Juvederm Voluma contains three main components: hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 24 mg / ml, a phosphate buffer that prolongs the effect of the drug and reduces tissue swelling after injections, and lidocaine, which allows the procedure to be performed without additional anesthesia. Juvederm Voluma has a high degree of safety, since hyaluronic acid is of non-animal origin, which allows it to freely interact with tissues, the gel is well absorbed by the skin.

Juvederm Voluma is a biodegradable gel that is completely broken down by skin enzymes over time and excreted from the body without harm to health.
