Description
Intimate contouring is performed using hyaluronic acid, which is injected into certain areas of the genitals for the following purposes:
improving the aesthetics of the genital area
effective correction of various functional disorders associated with urogenital disorders
Improving the quality of sexual life, increasing tactile sensitivity and more vivid emotional sensations during sexual intimacy
The PowerFill filler is made on the basis of polylactic acid and is designed to replenish soft tissue volumes. The drug has a long-lasting effect, which can last up to 5 years. The filler itself dissolves within 2 years, creating a reliable collagen framework. This filler is used to increase volume in the chest, legs, buttocks and intimate area.
Operating principle
PowerFill is injected into the subcutaneous fat layer. Polylactic acid causes irritation and activation of fibroblasts, thereby triggering the process of neocollagenesis. Collagen forms a dense frame, after which the volume increases and the affected area is tightened.
The drug has long established itself among patients, as it is non-toxic, does not cause allergic reactions and rejections. The procedure itself is painless and has no downtime. After the procedure, the patient can immediately return to a normal lifestyle.
Indications for use in intimate contouring
labioplasty – restoration of volume and reshaping of the large and small labia
correction of asymmetry and deformation of the perineum – after childbirth, as a result of trauma and other
Correction of age-related or postpartum changes in the groin area
In addition to intimate contouring, due to its high efficiency and durability of results, PowerFill is also used for:
Correction of figure defects
Giving volume to the buttocks and correcting their shape
increase in volume in the area of the legs
Changes in the shape and volume of the breast
How is the PowerFill procedure carried out?
The skin must first be cleaned of cosmetics and impurities. If necessary, degrease with alcohol lotion. The area is then treated with a local anesthetic. In this capacity, a cream with lidocaine is usually used.
The insertion technique depends on the treated area. The insertion depth is 3 mm, since polylactic acid fillers are designed for deep insertion. After the procedure, the area is treated with a disinfectant to prevent possible inflammation at the injection points. The duration depends on the place of treatment and the number of zones. On average, the procedure takes 40-60 minutes. Recovery after the procedure in the intimate area is approximately 15-20 minutes.
